Nashville indie-pop duo The Rival has unveiled its new video, “When I’m With You (Walking On Air)! “When I’m With You (Walking On Air)” was released back on May 27 as part of the band’s latest EP,Waves. This collection of songs, and the upcoming two EPs Sands and Peaks, were all inspired by different geographic landscapes. “The goal was to help the listener experience the emotions brought on by each type of landscape, and be able to visualize each setting,” says Allen Salmon of The Rival. As The Rival, Philip and Allen have two previous releases including 2012’s self-titled debut, and 2014’s Endless EP. The band has seen incredible TV/Film success with its songs used in everything from Apple’s iPhone 5 launch, to commercials for Target, Nike, Sony, Microsoft, and ESPN. Indie-pop duo The Rival has released its new single, “When I’m With You (Walking On Air),” to all digital music stores. This is the second single from the band’s upcoming EP, Waves, which is due out on May 27 via The Love Library.

Waves kicks off a trio of releases assembled by Phillip Larue and Allen Salmon of The Rival.
