The Backstreet Boys celebrate their 20th anniversary this year, and to mark the milestone, will release their eighth album, “In A World Like This,” through BMG on July 30. The group was previously signed to Jive Records. The title track is out now and is the first single recorded with founding member Kevin Richardson since his departure from the group in 2006.
The album was produced by Martin Terefe (Jason Mraz, Train, James Morrison) and recorded in London and Los Angeles, and features co-writes with Max Martin, who wrote and produced many of the songs that catapulted the band into superstardom earlier in its career. BMG also announced that the group has signed a publishing deal for all territories outside of Japan.

One of the biggest boy bands of all time, Backstreet Boys have sold over 130 million albums worldwide and scored numerous chart-toppers including the pop-R&B ballads “I Want It That Way,” “Show Me The Meaning of Being Lonely” and “Quit Playing Games With My Heart.”
A tour to coincide with the release of “A World Like This” kicks off on Aug. 2.
