Only a few posts ago I was wondering what needed to be done to get Madonna out to the land Down Under. My message was recieved and Madonna has acknowledged – she’s coming to Australia! Live Nation confirmed the news today, Madonna will make her long awaited return to Oz – 20 years since her last visit in 1993. Madonna will start her world tour in Tel Aviv on May 29 and end it in Australia in early 2013, a mammoth 90 shows. It will be a scramble for tickets, no doubt the likely venue will be either Melbourne’s Etihad Stadium or the 100,000 capacity of the MCG. What a show stopper this will be. God?
No news on ticket dates yet. My guess would be Etihad Stadium or even AAMI Park.
LOL Rod Laver?! Etihad would be great atmosphere, but 100,000 @ MCG would be fkn incredible! When will tix be released?
I really hope it is not at one of these venues. Far too big and would be much better at Rod laver Arena.
