An artist in every sense of the word, indie pop sensation Yoke Lore (Adrian Galvin) merges his talents to create an experience beyond his music and his new animated video for “Homing” features his own art with that of illustrator Emily Nava. “Homing” is the final track on his 2018 EP, Absolutes, of which Galvin says, “”Homing” is about seeing the search for love as a search for a home. It’s important to articulate what we really feel when we feel things like love or when we want to be with someone. For me, part of the reasons I search for love is because I long for a safety and security. For other people they might be looking for companionship or parents or someone who can offer them excitement. But for me, love is life as a homing missile.”

NEW MUSIC: Yoke Lore ‘Fake You’

Brooklyn-based project Yoke Lore is the new musical venture of Adrian Galvin, previously of Yellerkin and Walk the Moon. Yoke Lore release the official music video for ‘Fake You’. The visuals play with the idea of containment, and Yoke Lore made this video with his best friend Kenny in Austin – they filmed and built these rigs by themselves and had a blast making this their art project.
