NEW MUSIC: Marc Scibilia ‘Untamed’

Nashville artist Marc Scibilia has released a new single titled “Untamed,” making the track available for streaming and purchase today. Fans will find two versions of the song, full-band and acoustic. Speaking about the track, Scibilia says, “This song is about finding my voice again and writing from a place of honesty and freedom. When people listen to this track, I hope they feel inspired to be comfortable being themselves. They shouldn’t feel pressured to be something they’re not. The world needs them to be them.”

Released on his own label, Good Lander Records, and independently distributed by Tone Tree Music, this single is a continued effort by Scibilia to connect directly with his fans. After signing with Capitol/IRS Records and recording his debut full-length album, Out Of Style, with famed producer Butch Walker, his label abruptly shut down only one week after the release of his album in late 2015. That left years of writing and producing in limbo. Fortunately, Scibilia saw this as an opportunity to regain his independence as a musician, and once again began releasing music directly to his fans.

Over the past month, Scibilia has been out on the road, first supporting Johnnyswim all throughout March, and now embarking on his first ever headlining tour. Despite being his first headlining tour, Marc is a veteran musician averaging 120 shows/year, with support slots including James Bay, Michael Franti, Zac Brown Band, ZZ Ward, Andy Grammar, Ben Rector, and Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors.
