New Music: I Wear* Experiment ‘Patience’

I Wear* Experiment is a punchy nordic electro trio leaning towards experimentation and cinematic soundscapes. The band began their journey into electronical pop music bringing back the punch and aggressiveness that they feel has gone missing over time.

I Wear* Experiment creates edgy big banger beats and synths with a touch of Florence and The Machine like graceful vocals. In a live situation they are visually and sonically impeccable.

I Wear* Experiment was placed into the “Top 5 Must-See Artists” list by the Estonian media, at the biggest summer festival in the Baltics, the Positivus Festival.

In September 2013 the bands song “Memories” was added to The Indie Rock Playlist compilation: September 2013 along with Bloc Party, The Arctic Monkeys and Franz Ferdinand. In December 2013 the band’s song “Spring Is Cold This Year” was featured as the official score of 2013 holiday card by the President of Estonia.

I Wear* Experiment released 2 EP’s titled Crickets Empire I and Crickets Empire II in 2013, followed by their third EP, Crickets Empire III, in 2014. All met with critical acclaim, the band spent 2015 writing and recording their debut album “Patience”. Between recording sessions, the band toured the Baltics, and performing at festivals including Summer Sound in Liepaja, Latvia.

With their album teaser track Patience currently gaining traction in Estonia, the band were selected personally by Hurts to be the support on the Baltic dates of their Surrender tour. As the band countdown to the release of their debut album, they are excited to have been selected as official representatives of Tallinn Music Week. They perform at the official opening party on 31 March at the Kultuurikatel, with two subsequent shows; City Stage (April 1 at 18.15) and Positivus Festival & ILY present (April 2 at 00.00).

With the stage now fully set, the band are ready for international acclaim. Their album shows Patience pays off.
