Foxtel and Showcase have unearthed Cloudstreet, Tim Winton’s award winning novel turned TV Mini-Series. Cloudstreet, which premiered on May 22 on Showcase has been well received by fans, with the mini-series running for three episodes. Filmed with a 1920’s feel on location in Perth, the show boasts a big name cast featuring the popular Stephen Curry, Sean Keenan, Emma Booth and Geoff Morrell. The show is about two families; the Pickles and the Lambs set during the times of World War II and the Assassination of John F. Kennedy. Cloudstreet follows both families which are at complete opposite ends of the dramatic scale.
