New Thriller Unthinkable starring Vivica A. Fox to Premiere at Kansas International Film Festival

UNTHINKABLE, a new dramatic thriller starring Vivica A. Fox (Independence Day, Soul Food, Kill Bill, TV’s Empire & Face the Truth) & George Loomis as a hospital administrator & medical student duo who oversee the care of a former U.S. Ambassador, will premiere at Glenwood Arts Theater on Tuesday, 10/16/2018 at 7:35PM. The film appeared in Cannes Film Festival 2018, before East Coast (U.S.) premiering at Buffalo International Film Festival last week.

The Kansas City Star describes Unthinkable as a “thriller about a medical student who gets caught up in an international conspiracy when he’s asked to care for the former U.S. ambassador to Syria.”

After an attack in Syria, U.S. Ambassador Chris Williams (CHRISTOPHER COUSINS) needs a new heart. When medical student Jones (GEORGE LOOMIS) meets Chris’s wife (NATALIJA NOGULICH) and discovers the family is broken by the embassy attack, he disregards strict policies of his boss (VIVICA A. FOX) – and the Williams’ advisor, Carrie (MISSI PYLE) – to hatch a plan to save his patient.

The cast includes Breaking Bad star Christopher Cousins as the Ambassador, with Missi Pyle (Gone Girl, The Artist, Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story, TV’s Mom) & former The Young & The Restless series regular Angell Conwell in prominent roles. Desperate Housewives & Mad Men series regular Mark Moses plays the lead’s deceased father in voice-over & Natalija Nogulich (appeared opposite Jack Nicholson in Hoffa) plays the Ambassador’s cold wife.

Buffalo International Film Festival describes George Loomis’ feature directorial debut as a “thrilling drama about a student entrenched in a web of intrigue.” Written by George Loomis, Unthinkable is co-directed by Director of Photography Elias Talbot & produced by Bianca Goodloe (The Bourne Identity, AVP: Alien vs. Predator), Trevor Christie (Sucker Punch, Man of Steel, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice), Heidi Selexa, Hannah Mescon (Side Effects), & Brittany Christine (Steven Spielberg’s Terra Nova) & Loomis of Persona Pictures.
