Kylie Minogue Joins The Voice UK

Pop superstar Kylie Minogue is following her sister into the world of reality Tv after landing a role on the panel of Britain’s The Voice.
The Australian singer has signed up to star opposite Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am on the British version of the popular singing show, confirming months of rumours linking her to a position on the Bbc series.
Minogue confirmed the news in a post on her Twitter.com page, writing, “I’m excited to announce that I’ll be coaching on Bbc The VoiceUk next season!”
She adds in a statement, “I’m very excited to become a coach on The Voice. I love the concept of the show and have been an avid viewer of both series. The search for new talent is such an important aspect of the music industry and The Voice gives us all a part to play in that.”

Sir Tom Jones will also be on the panel for the third season of the show.

The announcement comes after Minogue reportedly turned down the chance to appear on the Australian version of the talent contest.
The Spinning Around star’s singer sister Dannii has carved out a new career on the small screen in recent years, appearing on a number of different shows including Britain’s The X Factor, Australia’s Got Talent, Britain & Ireland’s Next Top Model and The X Factor Australia.
