How and where did it all begin for you? What drew your interest to the music industry?
When I was about five I saw the rock band Kiss on the show 321 contact wearing platform boots, black leather, and exploding pyrotechnics behind them. I was pretty much sold from that point on. The cannons in AC/DC “for those about to rock we salute you” were also a defining moment. Something about fireworks and music together felt synergistic, haha.
What motivates or influences you in your quest to make great music?
I believe in the transformational power of music. I believe that music is a reflection of the collective unconscious, and if we tap into it, we achieve a psychic union of all beings who are interested.

How and where did it all begin for you? What drew your interest to the music industry?
I grew up on the Gold Coast and music was a big part of my upbringing. As a young kid, my Dad would take me and my brother to a country music club and we would watch the musicians jam and rehearse their songs for upcoming shows. I was drawn to the sound of the electric guitar immediately. Dad showed me a few chords and I was hooked. I formed a band with my siblings (The Bostocks) and we were out gigging from a very early age right into our adulthood, booking our own shows and performing anywhere from pubs, clubs, festivals, weddings and BBQ’s. It was a great way to hone our craft.

How and where did it all begin for you? What drew your interest to the music industry?
I grew up in a musical family and sang in our local church so I was on stage at a very early age, but it wasn’t till I was in high school that I knew I wanted to become an entertainer.
What motivates or influences you in your quest to make great music?
I am always thinking of crazy ideas and often one word or a scene from a movie or a song will spark an idea that becomes a whole big direction and creative project. I love albums and the musical journey that you can create for people’s ears, so I am always creating more than just a song or a show but an experience.

How and where did it all begin for you? What drew your interest to the music industry?
I wouldn’t say my interest was drawn to the music industry itself, but rather drawn to just making songs and wanting people to hear them. I grew up in a house where music was always playing, so I was always singing and listening, enamoured by music as a form of expression. I learnt the violin when I was little and then the saxophone and gradually the guitar. Once I was able to accompany myself on the guitar, the songs came tumbling out.
